On Saturday 3 June, 360 Bar and Dining teamed up with innovation agency U Don’t Know Us (UDKU) to host a multi-sensory dinner at STUDIO, paying homage to the brilliant "Alice in Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll.
Marrying incredible gastronomy with theatrical technology, the evening was designed to be a fully immersive fine dining experience, transporting guests into the world of Wonderland.

Guests were first greeted by the lovely Alice with a mysterious concoction labelled DRINK ME.
With one gulp, everyone fell down the rabbit hole and stepped foot into 360 Wonderland, an illuminated forest setting, abundant in colour and neon mushrooms.
Guests were treated to bubbles on arrival followed by an extravagant Mad Hatter’s Tea Party featuring quirky tea cup cocktails and delicious canapés like beetroot and goat’s cheese macaron, savoury cookies and tomato marshmallow.
As they say, in the world of Wonderland, not everything is what it seems...
After the crazy tea party, guests retreated to their table to enjoy a Wonderland-inspired five course degustation crafted by Head Chef, Elton Inglis.
From seafood platters with special smoke effects, to interactive dishes that encouraged diners to get crafty and “paint the roses red”, each course was designed to stimulate and tantalise the five senses.
Throughout the evening, the walls of STUDIO were awash with spectacular fluorescent projections in a kaleidoscope of colours. Guests were also entertained with fun theatrics and role play by Alice and the Queen of Hearts between each course.
One of the key highlights of the night was when guests were invited to put on blindfolds and indulge in three surprise snacks in the dark.
This course concluded with the opening of STUDIO’s blinds, which unveiled panoramic views of Sydney's glistening night nights and Vivid celebrations.
To end the night on a high, a raffle draw was held by the Mad Hatter and one lucky diner was selected to win a Flavours of Sydney book to take home.
Overall, it was such a marvellous evening, one that truly transported all those attending into the enchanting world of Wonderland, where nothing is impossible and everything is incredible.
